Pipe electric heaters

Pipe heaters are installed in a wide variety of machines and appliances in industry and in the home. Here are just a few of the main ones: water heaters, washing machines, dishwashers, deep fryers, grills, electric stoves, heat storage, sauna stoves, oil radiators, air conditioners, refrigerators and evaporators.

Electric heaters are manufactured in standard diameters 6.5; 7.0; 8.1; 8.5; in copper and stainless variants. Electric heaters are made and from pipes with a diameter of 10,2; 12; 14; 16; etc. The pipe material is determined according to the purpose of use. The criteria for the application of the pipe material are as follows: temperature on the tube of the heater or surface load of the heater, temperature of the heated environment and the working medium of the heater. The choice of tube material also depends on whether it is a domestic or industrial device.

Stainless steel tube heaters are used to heat the air to achieve better heat dissipation, while copper heaters are better for heating liquids. However, there are heaters that run alternately in liquid and air. In such cases high quality pipes should be taken.

Tests, ie 100% mechanical and electrical control of the heater are carried out in accordance with international regulations, and special tests can be performed by prior arrangement.

This group of heaters includes thousands of types and types of heaters used in all branches of technology.

1.Heat coil made of NiCr or AlCr alloy, high temperature resistant.

2. Magnesium oxide (MgO) insulation material, with excellent thermal conductivity and excellent electrical insulation properties.

3a. For connecting the heating coil to the electrical connection, a “stainless steel” pole is used, which also serves to regulate the unheated part of the heater.

3b. Ceramic steatite beads that serve as insulation between the heater tube and the heater “posts”.

3c. Against moisture penetration into the heater, it is protected by a layer of special sealant.

4. The heater protection tube is made of different material, depending on the purpose and environment in which the heater operates.
