· Fleksibilne i prilagodljive, jednostavna i brza instalacija

· Temperaturna stabilnost izolacije 105°C

· Korištenjem fleksibilnih sabirnica, u usporedbi s krutim bakrenim sabirnicama štedimo oko 25% vodiča i oko 30% spojnog materijala (npr. spojevi pod 90°)

· Ukoliko ćemo skraćenu sabirnicu naknadno savijati, preporuča se rezanje u duljini većoj za barem 10mm od potrebne

· Polumjer savijanja iznosi minimalno tri debljine sabirnice

· Prilikom uvijanja za 90°, osigurati da je duljina uvinutog dijela ekvivalentna tri debljine sabirnice

· Prilikom skidanja izolacije, paziti da ne oštetite bakrene lamele

· Kod većih savijanja sabirnice može doći do pomicanja pojedinih lamela. Prije kreiranja spojnog mjesta takva odstupanja popraviti rezanjem.

· Najbolji spoj se postiže probijanjem. U slučaju bušenja korisititi specijalnu šablonu koja služi kao vodilica svrdla te fiksira sabirnicu za vrijeme bušenja.

Prednosti

Primjena fleksibilnih sabirnica osigurava uštedu materijala i bržu instalaciju. Spojna mjesta lako se formiraju jednostavnim probijanjem, bez potrebe za kabelskim stopicama. Fleksibilne sabirnice, u usporedbi s kabelima, uz 40% manji presjek podnose isto strujno opterećenje.

JEDNOSTAVNO RUKOVANJE

Fleksibilnost sabirnica osigurava željenu izvedbu priključaka. Sabirnice malog i srednje velikog presjeka mogu se savijati ručno. Nakon savijanja ili uvijanja sabirnice zadržavaju željeni oblik. Bez neželjenih deformacija ili „memory“ efekta.

Primjer: odabir odgovarajuće sabirnice za sistemsku struju od 500A, temperaturu unutar razdjelnika T1=40°C i očekivanu temperaturu sabirnice T2=80°C. Kako bi na temelju poznatih vrijednosti odabrali odgovarajuću sabirnicu, u stupcu ΔT za 40K (ΔT=80°C – 40°C=40K) pronaći sabirnicu za struju 500A. K = temperaturna razlika između T2 i T1 u Kelvinima
