Oštećenje kondenzatora u ormanu za kompenzaciju faktora sange.

Reaktivna energija kojom se vrši magnećenje gvožđa u elektromotorima, transformatorima i prigušnicama, naročito kada su ovi potrošači – prijemnici nepotpuno opterećeni pa imaju mali sačinilac snage – faktor snage, dostiže znatne vrednosti u procentima reaktivne snage (sačinilac reaktivne snage). Takođe, postojanje reaktivne energije onemogućava puno iskorišćenje generatora i transformatora. Za istu aktivnu snage (P) sa manjim faktorom snage (cos phi) potrebna je veća prividna snaga generatora i transformatora. Reaktivna energija stvara veće gubitke u mreži (p = 3 R I ² ) i otežava održavanje napona stalne vrednosti u električnoj mreži.

U praksi postoje tri načina pomoću kojih se vrši kompenzacija reaktivne energije u električnoj mreži:

  • Pojedinčna kompenzacija,
  • Grupna kompenzacija i
  • Centralna kompenzacija.

Ovde neću dalje da teoretišem. U nekom od narednih radova prikazaću sve šeme sa dosta fotografija iz prakse od mojih kolega s kojima sarađujem.

Zakođe znamo da se danas događaju, ne često, ali se događaju havarije na kondenzatorskim baterijama za popravku faktora snage u niskonaponskim i visokonaponskim postrojenjima.

Ovde za sada prikazujem nekoliko fotografija kvara ili havarije na kondnezatorima koje mi je dostavio kolega Dario.

Prema svemu sudeći, najverovatniji uzrok je pojava prenapona.
